Stephanie Rose-Belcher is a Partner with TechCXO in its Executive Leadership Practice serving as a CEO, and COO for multiple organizations. Her focus is to drive operational excellence for new, mid-stage and publicly-traded SaaS, health-tech and fin-tech companies. She has more than 35 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare organizations including Change Healthcare, LEXISNEXIS’ Healthcare Division, Enclarity, Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. As an executive, she has managed production operations, product development, market planning, customer relationships, administrative operations, compliance, and technology teams.
As a senior strategic and operations leader, Stephanie partners with Boards ,CEOs and executive leadership teams to enhance and build corporate value through process design, automation, innovation, data management and a strong, positive culture among employees.
Stephanie holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Trevecca University. Regularly lectures and teaches as an adjunct professor an NYU Wagner School of Public Health. She is also Small Business Mentor.
Stephanie is currently the CEO of AnytimeTelecare and the Chief Operating Officer of JMT Consulting.
